The Scouting self – education approach encourages young people to develop their own powers of judgement and to take an active
and constructive role in society offering opportunities to develop knowledge, skills and attitudes.

Location: Lusaka District
Goal of Project: To prepare a large and growing pool of young people for responsible adulthood,
prepared and willing to contribute at grassroots level to raise awareness, debate and
take action to protect the environment and reverse resource depletion and degradation
to assure environmental sustainability.
